The Laboratory addresses to all legal scientists who would like to deepen their knowledge in Criminological Sciences, such as post-graduate and pre-graduate students of Law Schools as well as LL.Ds, LL.D candidates and lawyers. Criterion for the registration and participation in the activities of the Laboratory is the special interest in the study and deepening of the subject of Criminological Sciences.
For pre-graduate students the criteria for their registration as members in the Laboratory are:
- to have been examined already at the criminological courses of their semester and graded at least with eight out to ten (8/10) and
- to have drafted a paper in at least one criminological course scored ‘good’.
The freshmores or those who have not yet chosen criminological courses, may participate as observers until the above conditions are met.
OBLIGATIONS OF MEMBERS
- Ethical commitment to participate in all the activities of the Laboratory (ErEgEp).
- Participation in research, surveys, studies, organization of colloquia, conferences and other activities of ErEp, depending on the knowledge corresponding to the year of study of the members.
- Elaboration of proposals on papers to be defined by the members themselves in the meetings with the advice of Director. The proposals may be the subject of wider events of the ErEgEp.
- Participation in the meetings of the Laboratory.
- Members who are undergraduate or postgraduate students have an obligation to attend with active participation the courses corresponding to their years of studies.
